Kings Triangle Courtyard is a mixed-use Development with 24 homes nearing completion and 36 more homes planned. The 4 acre site will accommodate retail/commercial up front with the entire site owned and operated by Cornerstone Community, an established non-profit Community Benefit Organization that is focused on entry-level jobs and attainable, safe housing.

The Exit Plan

This project comes with it's own exit plan. Exit sale to Cornerstone community under permanent and favorable, affordable housing financing. Cornerstone is stable with assets that exceed 6.5 million with 2 million dollar revenue cycle.
