The Village of Light is a multi-building development nestled in the heart of Tulare within a well established non-profit organi-zation. This development will be adjacent to an emergency shelter and several supportive services in the community. This project will bring affordable housing in the form of seven homes bringing light to the darkness of families who struggle to pursue and maintain an affordable home.
